Please carefully review this document before utilizing the app. Any unauthorized copying, modification, or translation of the app, its components, or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
The app, along with all associated trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights, belongs to Smart Bangla IT . You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these terms.
Smart Bangla IT reserves the right to make changes to the app or introduce fees for its services at any time and for any reason. Users will be informed of any applicable charges transparently.
The app may request and store personal and financial information to process income tax calculations. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices. Smart Bangla IT advises against jailbreaking or rooting devices, as it may compromise security and app functionality.
The app utilizes third-party services with their own terms and conditions, including but not limited to Google Play Services, AdMob, and Firebase. Users are encouraged to review the terms of these services.
Certain app functions require an active internet connection. Smart Bangla IT is not responsible for reduced functionality due to the absence of Wi-Fi or data. Users may incur charges from their mobile network provider for data usage, and they are responsible for any associated costs.
Users are responsible for device maintenance, including ensuring an adequate battery charge. Smart Bangla IT is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from device-related issues.
While Smart Bangla IT strives to keep the app updated and accurate, reliance on third-party information is inherent. Smart Bangla IT accepts no liability for losses resulting from the use of app functionality.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Financial Act, Income Tax Act, Income Tax Guideline, Income Tax Circular, and other rules and regulations related to Income tax and VAT applicable in Bangladesh.
Users are encouraged to accept updates to ensure continued app compatibility. Smart Bangla IT reserves the right to terminate the app without notice. Upon termination, users must cease app usage and, if necessary, delete it from their devices.
These terms and conditions are effective as of 2024-05-25. Smart Bangla IT may update them periodically, and users are advised to review this page for any changes.
